SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE:

We deliver worldwide to any postal address in the world.Courier companies do not accept Post Box address, so we request you to give us your complete address with pin/zip code.

TIME TO SHIP:

Shipping days are mentioned on each product. Our average time of shipping is within 1--2 working days.

DELAY IN DELIVERY:

We try our best to deliver orders on time. However, due to unforeseen situations, holidays etc, we shall not refund, return or exchange any product.

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Anastasiya Designs shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Anastasiya Designs costume. Our goal is to provide the highest quality dancewear and exceptional value to our customers.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Anastasiya Designs Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.
A 20% restocking fee might apply and deducted from your return for large orders or groups.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return/Exchange

To initiate a Return/ Exchange Process please kindly click here and describe an issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your new exchange.
Once your item(s) is received at our store, please allow 7 – 10 business days for us to produce your new item(s). Customers will be notified via email when the order has been processed and the exchanged product has been shipped.

Our Guarantee

Anastasiya Designs. fully guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, such as a suspected defect in the workmanship or in the materials used. Product defects do not cover damages from an improper use or care and natural wear and tear. ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund.

If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
